That's why all of our facilities carry an I-CAR Platinum Certification. With this certification, we guarantee that all our additional training translates to safe, quality repairs.
Each of our technicians must obtain platinum certification within 6 months to 18 months, and renew their knowledge via testing each year thereafter. The result is a team of experts that will always get the job done right the first time.

Schedule a Repair
Every insurance company has a different procedure. Sometimes we receive the information beforehand and can contact the customer to schedule a repair. Other times the customer contacts us to schedule a repair. If the customer requires towing we can schedule that as well. -
Inspection
Once the vehicles is at the collision center, we perform an Inspection/ walk around to provide an initial assessment of the damage. -
Check-In/Rental Car
Once the customer is checked we can assist with rental car services to get them on their way! -
Disassemably
The vehicle goes into a disassembly phase which allows us create a ?blueprint? of the damage and necessary repairs. -
Customer Notification
The customer is notified of the extent of damage and the time frame for the repair.
